• Plays customer facing technical support role for PCIe switch/retimer products
• Partners with sales and marketing to win every strategic opportunity
• Assists in demand creation and pre-sales product promotion
• Analyzes customer requirements and recommends appropriate solution.
• Co-works with backend engineering to support customer post-sales activities including R&D, validation and manufacturing
• Aligns and firms up selling strategy with all internal stakeholders
• Collaborates with sales management and peers to meet or exceed regional revenue and design win goals
• Acts as the customer voice to influence future product design that meets customer needs.
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of work experience in application engineering or field application engineering
• 10+ years in server and storage development with emphasis on PCIe switching
• In-depth knowledge of PCIe/CXL/NMVe standards, protocols and applications in data center
• Working knowledge of topics including transaction ordering, virtualization, MMUs, cache coherence, and host bridge functions
• Fluent in English
• Effective communication, verbal, and written skills
