We are looking for an EFA Engineer (Electronical Failure Analysis Engineer) to support the trouble shooting and co-work with partners to identify action plan in our Top American client’s next generation’s Server Lab. (client’s largest overseas server lab outside US).

Role & Responsibilities

• Hands on work with various tools including new instrument installation, method of validation, optical metrology, microscopy, thermal and spectroscopy techniques.
• Work with partners to identify action plans to drive towards conclusions. Analysis and troubleshooting during the process.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all documented processes and procedures.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with international teams.
• DevOps experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing test environments.
• Electrical Failure Analysis experience.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering similar major
• Able to read wiring harness, Mechanical drawings, and system specifications.
• Experience on electronic failure analysis independently, from reviewing the failure symptom, root cause analysis, drive team to finalize corrective actions, to FA report summary.
• Experience to use various test equipment, such as oscilloscope, multimeter, resistance meter, data acquisition system, thermal camera, power meter etc.
• Interest and aptitude in Information Technology.
• A self-motivated, detail oriented individual, must be able to work collaboratively in team environment and across internal divisions.
• System Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Server Hardware, or equivalent, or data center server and rack hardware (nice to have)
• Ability to be well organized and detail oriented.
