In October 2022 KICKS CREW also announced an investor partnership with 6X NBA Super star Damian Lillard as an investor and first CREW athlete.???? 工作職責：◉ 行政支援：協助主管處理日常行政事務，例如行程安排、會議準備、文件整理、郵件處理等，確保辦公室運作順暢。◉ 通訊與溝通：須具備優秀的溝通能力，包括口頭和書面溝通，能夠代表主管與其他同事、合作夥伴或客戶有效溝通，確保信息傳遞準確無誤。◉ 日程管理：有效管理主管的行程，安排會議、約見和活動，並且協助解決可能出現的時間衝突或日程變動。◉ 資料分析與報告：具備基本的資料分析能力，能夠處理數據、整理資訊，並撰寫報告或呈現資料給主管參考和決策。◉ 辦公室文化建立：擔任福委工作節日禮品，團建活動安排，具備社交能力活化工作氣氛。◉ 保密與信任：許多工作都涉及機密信息或主管的私人事務，必須具備高度的保密意識和可信賴性，確保信息安全。◉ 專案工作：依公司需求協助各項事務處理(現階段是協助完成架上的產品信息、詳細屬性和描述)。◉ 人資相關作業：主動搜尋履歷及投遞面試初篩。???? 具備能力：◉ 組織能力：能夠有效地組織和安排工作，合理分配時間和資源，確保任務按時完成。◉ 解決問題能力：具備分析和解決問題的能力，能夠迅速應對日常工作中遇到的挑戰和困難。◉ 溝通技巧：良好的口頭和書面溝通能力，能夠清晰地傳達信息，聆聽他人需求並適時回應。◉ 團隊合作：具備良好的團隊合作精神，能夠與不同背景和角色的人合作，實現共同目標。◉ 自主性：能夠獨立工作並自我管理，展現主動性和責任感，減輕主管的工作負擔。◉ 電腦操作：熟悉Office軟體及學習ERP後台能力。◉ 英文：具備聽說讀寫的英文能力。????
