Key Qualifications

Overall 6+ years of related working or research experience;

Specific experience with Etching process in production lines (preferably Display or Semiconductor fabs);

Proficient in English communication;

Team player, self-motivated and willing to take challenge to new technology.


Description

Apple is looking for Senior Panel Process Engineers for etching process development. You will create new stack-up, design rule and feedback to panel designs for the panel displays used in award-winning Apple products. You will also work with cross-function to develop the novel concept to improve our product performance.
- As a Senior Panel Process Engineer, you should well known the Metal, In-organic and Organic Dry and Wet etching, surface treatment processes, and you will look for new material and develop tough and challenged process for the novel Apple product from concept to productivity verification;
- Work closely with Apple HQ Team in California, in-region team and Apple supplier to develop the new backplane devices to enable the best display performance of products;
- Achieve the best performance using an optimized manufacturing process for the future products;
- Optimize and improve existing backplane processes for new Apple products.


Education & Experience

BS, MS or Ph.D. degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or Applied Physics
