What You Will Be Doing

1.System-ESD development.

2.Product whole-chip ESD/EOS protection design.

3.New process ESD device design and process landing ESD/LUP related rule set and testkey verification.

4.PERC ESD check flow and rules define.

What You Need for this Position

1. 6+ yrs. experience in Semiconductor industry as a ESD Engineer.

2. Experience and deep understanding of ESD protection is a must for this position.

3. Familiar with BCD process technology and LDMOS device physics would be plus.
