The Edge AI and Industry solutions team requires technical leaders to help build our edge products in Taipei. You will lead the team to shape and deliver WAC Edge AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical thought leader and mentor for an established team of software engineers.
• Communicate and collaborate broadly across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Consult and establish best engineering practices through solid design decisions, processes, and tools.
• Manage a global software engineering team (US, and India) that builds, designs, implements, and maintains cutting-edge solutions for Edge AI Solutions.
• Develop a long-term strategy and roadmap for the Edge AI Solutions team.

Preferrable Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical field.
• Experience as technical leader in the design and development of large software systems in a structured engineering environment.
• Experience delivering complex, large scale and critical products with business impact.
• Experience developing services in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment working towards strategic goals.
• Effective analytical and debugging skills with customer-facing products, and excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
