We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to assume the role of Vice President of Operation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence throughout our organization. The primary focus of this position is to enhance our productivity, efficiency, and profitability, while providing strategic insights and guidance to the CEO. This role demands a leader who can effectively guide cross-functional teams, drive operational improvements, and contribute to our overall business growth.Responsibilities
  • Develop and generate the annual operational forecasting report and strategy to align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive oversight and assessment of day-to-day operations across Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Site General Management, Supply Chain Management, and Backend Sales Support.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify operational bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough market research to gather insights and data that inform strategic operational decisions.
  • Present well-founded operational strategy recommendations to the CEO, offering actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Play a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives to optimize resource allocation, reduce operational costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align operational strategies with broader company objectives.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience across Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Site General Management, and Supply Chain Management functions.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the capacity to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective operational strategies that contribute to organizational growth and success.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of utilizing data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic thinker who can anticipate challenges and proactively address them while adapting to changing business environments.
