As a research trainee at Gogolook, you will have the opportunity to participate in research activities in every stage of the product development cycle - from exploring the unknown and innovation to validating product growth and understanding the market to conduct agile testing in the stable phase.

There is always a place where researchers can help, regardless of the stage.

Roles, Responsibilities, and what you will learn here

• Conduct routine user interviews, surveys, research ops, and other related activities for Gogolook’s products.

• Collaborate with the product team to plan and conduct user research.
• Participate in complex and exploratory user research led by senior researchers.
• Based on past user research results, propose additional user research projects to various business units(BUs) for further exploration.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a UX-related field(human factors, human-computer interaction(HCI), psychology, sociology, anthropology…) or equivalent practical experience.

• Portfolio of user research or related project is a must.

• Have good communication skills and curiosity.

• Individuals with an open learning mindset and a strong desire for self-learning.

Preferred requirements

• Experience in user research project or internship.

• Experience or mindset in design thinking

• Experience in teamwork and collaboration.
