Responsibilities

• Support mass production planning to ensure on time material availability and product supply
• Prepare loading forecast and PO release to OSATs
• Interface with OSATs and material suppliers to drive material schedule
• Mass product material planning, inventory management and reconciliation
• E&O reporting and scrap
• Interface with NPI project teams to ensure on time sample, material, tooling and fixtures to meet NPI milestones
• Standard cost administration
• Support B2B set up and continuous process improvement initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum 6 to 8 years experience in mass production and NPI planning in semiconductor industry

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related discipline

Well versed in semiconductor inventory planning and IC package production and test processes

Familiar in semiconductor capacity, tooling and fixture planning

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Good interpersonal skills and able to influence and drive results

Strong problem solving skills and able to drive issues independently

Strong PC skills, well versed in MS Office and MS Excel

Familiar with Oracle and Agile system is strongly preferred
