• Responsible for the financial management of an Offshore Wind project from late stage development through construction into operations.
• Build-up a high performing team and drive economically and commercially optimal outcomes whilst ensuring that high levels of compliance standards and controls are maintained at all times.
• Key role in managing project funding arrangements and external lender relations during the construction phase.
• Work as part of the project management team with overall responsibility for the financial management of the project

• Procure and oversee outside service providers to manage accounting and statutory reporting of the project companies
• Work closely together with the technical, procurement and corporate finance teams to ensure that the project has comprehensive and reliable financial projections
• Manage external lender relations and funding of the project companies
• Liaise with company’s central teams and development partners to ensure that the projects’ financial management systems and processes are suitable for, and accepted by, all project shareholders.
• Compile and present high-quality management reports to senior management on both individual project-level and where appropriate on consolidation level
  

• 8 ~ 10 years’ experience in financial management in an infrastructure project environment.
• Exposure to commercial project management and offshore wind projects as well as joint venture structures and non-recourse project debt finance are highly desirable.
• Able to demonstrate having established and managed financial management systems and processes for project companies.
• Advise senior team members as an authority figure in relation to financial project management, and producing and presenting high quality reports and presentations.
• Mandarin speaking with excellent communications skills in English (oral and written).
