• Implement ISO system requirements and supervise the daily operation of the company in strict accordance with ISO standards.
• Supervise the operation department to strictly implement ISO and the company’s relevant operating standards, and improve the company’s service quality.
• Implement relevant laws and regulations to ensure the continuous operation of the company’s facilities and equipment under a safe condition.
• Received and dealt with client audit work to ensure smooth audit work.

Key responsibilities

• Familiar with ISO system requirements, daily requirements Operation department strictly implement ISO system requirements and keep complete records.
• Familiar with the company’s SOP operation standards and supervise.
• Kept in close contact with customers, understood their experience of service, and made rectification and optimization in time.
• Assisted the project manager to achieve necessary cost savings and improve the gross profit margin of the project.
• Prepared and provided project related reports to customers regularly according to business needs.
• Assisted to complete other reasonable work arranged by leaders.
• Relevant qualification certificates are required
• Travel as needed, on average once a month

Requirement:

• College degree or above, or 2 years operation experience in the same industry.
• Holding ISO three standard national registered auditor qualification certificate is preferred. (ISO 9001 is a MUST, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 are preferred)
• Excellent teamwork and coordination skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills, organizational skills and multi-task execution ability.
• Detail-oriented and results-oriented.
• English reading and writing skills are preferred.
• Professional, mature, rational and able to work under pressure.
• Work Location: Taiwan
