We’re an innovative e-bike company with an ever growing community of riders in cities all over the world. Our global teams are expanding as we continue to scale and match our sales with some of the world’s greatest companies. We’re on the lookout for a Test Rider who’s a natural team player to supercharge our outgoing quality and user experience processes. You’ll work as part of our Production Quality team, networking with bike factory personnel, and the Test Rider & User Experience Team. We’ve got some pretty crazy ideas, and we need you to help make them reality.

We’re rewriting the rulebook for how bikes are made and tested, so you’ll be overseeing the test riding and user experience development of our e-bikes, and be key to support on creative problem-solving to tackle any issues that may occur. Sounds like a perfect fit? Apply now.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll perform quality control procedures during test rides. 執行成車的品管試騎測試並確認功能
• You’ll be a know-it-all when it comes to our bike components and be able to identify abnormal noises with the e-shifter, brakes and chain guards. 在試騎過程中辨別成車零件的機構異音如變檔器異音、煞車異音或鏈條蓋異音

• You’ll track with CM for the abnormal bikes and what respective maintenance method would be used to be fixed. 追蹤成車代工廠相關不良車輛數量與相對應維修手法

What You’ll Bring

• You’ll need to be at one with a bike and have experience as a cyclist. 須能平穩騎乘自行車並能順暢煞車與轉彎
• You’ll have basic mechanical knowledge and install/uninstall seat post and pedal without damaging the components. 需擁有基礎機械知識並能在不傷害零件前提下安裝、卸下座管與腳踏板
• You’ll have experience using MS Office, including Word and Excel. 需擁有基礎MS辦公系統並在作業表或Word上面記錄資料
