- Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with designing, developing, optimizing, or validating LTE/NR L1 in modem.
- Experience with C/C++ and embedded RTOS.
- 7 years of experience with designing, developing, optimizing, or validating LTE/NR L1 in modem.
- Experience in the innovation ideas in the modem features.
- Understanding of modem LTE/NR L1/RF system architecture and related 3GPP standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive the feature development and debugging of modem L1 issues from factory, certification (GCF/PTCRB/IOT), field testing, and customers.
- Drive the team members in Taiwan and focus on development, integration, customization, and performance enhancement of modem L1/RF features on Pixel products.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders (such as Pixel Software/Hardware teams, original equipment manufacturers and vendors) to deliver high-quality Pixel modems.
