【Responsibilities】

1. Innovative strategic planning for talent recruitment/cultivation to improve the company’s quality of talent recruitment/cultivation

2. Project planning for internal and external talent recruitment and talent flow

3. Cooperate with HRBP and HR SSC to implement the projects

4. Employer Branding Management

【Qualification】

1. 5+ yrs in HR related field

2. Good English skills in communication

3. Practical experience in talent recruitment and talent cultivation projects is preferred

4. Experience in HR Marketing related work is preferred

5. Familiar with Social Media for recruitment
