Job TitleTalent Advisor/Manager Job Description: The purpose of this role is to support the design and implementation of a local Talent/Organisation Development strategy and all related standards and processes in line with the global/regional frameworks in order to help the local organisation achieve business goals across multiple brands. Key Accountabilities Develops local Talent and Organisation Development plan in line with local business strategy and HR strategy in Taiwan. Supports development and implementation of local Talent and Organisation Development policies, guidelines, programs and standards in line with local HR strategy as well as global/regional frameworks. Plans, co-ordinates and drives all implementation activities across local brands in the agreed time and budget. Ensures the processes and instruments in all topics of Talent and Organisation Development are effective and aligned to each other. Defines the local priorities in line with the local business requirements in relation to Talent. Selects external partners for local co-operation (trainers, providers, consultants etc.). Develops network with key people in the organisation in order to understand business priorities and needs. Collaborates with line staff, gathers feedback and input from business to ensure effectiveness of the programs and processes. Collaborates with Talent, Organisation Development and HR roles in the region, and contributes with local input to regional initiatives. Accountable for strong data quality and accuracy and process and system discipline where relevant, E.g. Workday talent data, updating intranet, performance dash boards, etc. Contributes to any other HR projects or priorities in the local market. This is an individual contributor role reporting to Head of Talent & Reward. Professional Skills Practical experience and knowledge about Talent, OD, L&D and Leadership development. Key Experiences & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred. 3-5 years of Talent/OD/L&D practical experience preferred. Experience in independently managing projects and provide well thought out deliverables, as well as handling multiple projects simultaneously and working in an environment that requires flexibility. Successful management of a big HR project. Experience with change management and facilitation techniques and demonstrated ability to positively influence business decisions related HR experience preferably in talent development, training and OD.
