● Responsibilities:
- Shipping Plan: Lead/execute shipping plan and work with internal stakeholders to align and meet internal targets.
- Business/Rolling Plan: Execute yearly business plan and monthly rolling plan to reflect accurate market demands.
- Product Management: Execute and maintain proper products to the specific sales markets and align with internal product strategy.
- PSI report analysis: Analyze and manage customer PSI to identify actual demands to reinforce planning accuracy.
- Pricing: Price control and execution in specific sales areas.
- Report regularly: Sell-out price monitoring, Tariff, New product development, Market Intelligence...etc.

● Requirements:
- Problem-solving skills with a positive attitude
- Fluency in business English
- Experience with using an ERP and Excel is a plus
