Job Overview

Supply Chain Optimization Analyst is responsible to figure out and sort data from the various pools, and then to transfer them into visual and useful information. In the meanwhile, to seek any opportunities to improve the operation or workflow. This is not a routine basis job. If you are willing to learn and share, desire to face challenges, and believe “There is always a better way”, you would be the person we are looking for.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze data or procedures of entire supply chain to present in visual and effective ways or identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
• Lead a team or play as a partner with project team members to plan and implement improvements of business processes and supply chain which include data integration or visualization through coding, elimination of manual efforts, coordination of operational enhancement, etc.
• Collaborate with IT professionals to implement or improve information systems
• Develop small tools to improve supply chain daily operations via VBA or other languages
• Create BI reports to reveal business performance and operation effectiveness

Skills and Qualification

• Experience in SAP ERP and SAP Analytics Cloud or other BI tools
• 3 years of job experience in supply chain related roles, ideally with a focus on problem solving or continuous improvement
• Good working knowledge of the principles of supply chain management and/or project management
• Data visualization skills strongly desired
• A self-starter with analytical mind and business acumen
• Excellent communication skills and organizational ability
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, familiar with VBA/Python will be a plus
• Fluent in English communication, especially in written and verbal
