While we are still in the middle of the supply chain crisis, the time to have a recovery strategy is right around the corner. We need an expert Supply Chain Manager to join our team who can help stabilize production uncertainty, help devise the recovery strategy and optimally balance the transitions throughout the product life cycle. • Develop and execute global supply chain strategies.
  • Ensure product supply plans to support sales while maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Drive suppliers to ensure material availability and readiness for product builds.
  • Initiate purchase orders and track spending.
  • Understand component lead time, and component allocation strategies and evaluate supply chain risks.
  • Run logistics to enable timely and predictable delivery of materials to all points of consumption.
  • Coordinate with Sales, PM, and Engineering teams to set launch quantities and to ensure smooth product transitions from NPI to sustaining.

You Are
  • Outstandingly clear and can distill complicated ideas into just the right number of words. You are an excellent listener and can pinpoint what compels an audience.
  • Able to work between cross-functional teams, minimize conflict, and advise team members on building consensus.
  • Use data and team member inputs to make decisions on prioritization and resource allocation. You set measures for success and are committed to quantifying impact.
  • Fiercely collaborative. You take an organization-level view and are equally invested in the success of other departments. You invite and act on different points of view.
  • You invest in your development, both technically and career-wise. You understand what encourages and motivates you to contribute to making work meaningful.
  • Protector. You are protective of Meraki’s talent.

You Have
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.

  • Experience collaborating and working cross-functionally with different teams and at multiple levels of an organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
  • Excellent problem solving and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
