【Purpose】

Supports all Global supply Chain procedures when needed, from coordinating deliveries, managing shipping documents to processing supplier invoices for payment. Assign correct HS code for new items and manage the end-to-end process of US duty drawback application. Internally to work with cross-functional teams to collect, generate, upload, and validate supply chain data for key supply chain processes and reports using supply chain management software. Coordinates international travel and other group activities (events, meetings, etc.).

【Key Responsibilities】

  • Prepare shipping documents (invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading).
  • Process expense reports under corporate guidelines.
  • Data entry and reporting for departmental requirements.
  • Process and review supplier invoices and work with finance to arrange and track payment.
  • Responsible for HS code assigning process and applying for US Duty drawback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set-up and configure data in the supply chain system, e.g., new part number set-up, product hierarchy changes, planner ID changes, etc.
  • Generate data from the system to support key supply chain management reports.
  • Assist in system upload tasks to ensure data in system is updated in a timely manner.
  • Monitor system data integrity and resolve any discrepancies or errors promptly. Ensure data in the system is accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify system data accuracy and completeness.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives on current processes.
  • General department purchase (stationaries, office supply, etc.).
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in in supply chain, logistics, business, or equivalent education.
    • Intermediate English skills with willingness to learn to advanced level.
    • 1 - 2 years’ experience in logistics is a must.
    • 1 - 2 years’ experience in finance or accounting or ERP is preferred.
    • Understanding of the import and export process.
    • Experience with processing supplier invoices.
    • Understanding or knowledge of US/EU Customs, transportation regulations and compliance.
    • A good understanding of the import customs process, import and export ocean/air freight is strongly desired.
    • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and systems.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • High level of attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated problem solving techniques and ability to participate and work well within a team environment are a must. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables concurrently.
