Your Job

Production (SQPDM) management, operator management, production schedule control, quality improvement and production capability improvement

Our Team

What You Will Do

• Establish and improve standard man-hour/ machine-hour review and feedback system
• Review standard man/machine hour periodically, identify gaps and propose improvement actions
  

Production data recording and analysis

Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost

• Production efficiency and capability analysis and improvement
• Review SOP and identify issues
• Line balancing data monitoring
• Production output and cost monitoring
  

Collaboration with process engineers for abnormal case analysis and improvement actions

• Production management system digitalization and MOS (Molex Operation System) introduction
• Production/ PMC matrix study
• Production management and operator management
  

SCOPE:

• Production capacity management and improvement
• Production issue solving
• Production management
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor/ Master of IE, BA, Science or related fields
• IE skills, quality tools trained
  

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience as production supervisors, IE engineer, or production engineers
• 3+ years of people manager’s experience
  

What Will Put You Ahead

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Familiar with SAP/MES system (entry level)
• Familiar with quality tools
• IE/ PMC tools
