How You’ll Help Us Connect The World

RUCKUS, an industry leader in Wi-Fi technical innovation, is looking for a Principal Software Engineer who will be responsible for developing/designing for Wireless AP Control Plane system.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Conduct new technology research and architecture design/Implementation of wireless client control software modules for Wireless Access Point and Control Plane system.

• New features/functions development for Wireless Access Point and work with wireless controller team to design scalable and reliable system for wireless client management.
• Analyze and trace existing code as required to diagnose and resolve issues related to functionality, performance and stability.

Required Qualifications For Consideration

• 5+ years of experience in Wi-Fi industry

• Master degree of Computer Science related
• Software architecture design
• Enthusiasm in programming, good understanding in C Language is required
• Thorough knowledge and experience in Linux development, debug and problem solving skills
• Familiar with Linux embedded system development and Network programming
• Communication skills in English
• Experience of Linux kernel/driver development is a plus
• Experience with 802.11/Wi-Fi protocol development is a plus
• Experience of WFA certificate program is a plus
• Experience Golang is a plus
• Experience of cloud service deployment is a plus
