JobMission

Assisting Corporate Communications Manager for celebrities annual planning and executions and provide support to WFJ PR Manager for PR events, celebrities & influencers social activation & communications matters.

• Celebrities Management
  
• Keen observation and knowledge of upfront Support Corporate Communications Manager for all ambassadors and friends of the house activities for 3 divisions (FBP, Fashion & WFJ) in Chanel Taiwan with the aim to maximize brand exposure and visibility to assure ongoing leadership in the world of luxury.
• Perform a full range of celebrity relations, including planning and executing local/global contents creation with celebrities, collaborating work with FBP, Fashion & WFJ PR aligning with global offices.
• Support line manager for local ambassador management: Contract, PR days, global/ regional/ local trip arrangement, special angle development, styling etc.
• Work with ambassadors and their agents to handle the relevant actions and logistics.
• Celebrities management: Chanel Celebrities community relations and management.
• Support line manager to develop celebrities mapping (develop strategies for local A-list by division and by target)
• Closely work with PR team and global team on celebrities styling for cover shooting, events and PR projects.
• Support the celebrities actions related to global/local events.
• Support line Manager and work with PR team to manage the product seeding to key celebrities.
• Measurement of celebrity activities: manage the visibility and engagement report for celebrity actions.
  
  

• Public Relation and Communications for WFJ Division
  
• Support and Assist WFJ PR manager for the duties of the Communications function for WFJ
• Support PR Manger to develop influencer strategy in line with communications objectives
• Execute the PR plan and monitor spending (vs budget) of WFJ
• Organize events and closely work with WFJ PR manager on overall execution and coherence with communications plan along with event organization
• Assist press tool translations & consolidations with WFJ Global PR team.
• Complete monthly clipping, PR related reports. exposure analysis and deliver before the deadline
  
  

• Relationship building, Client and Stakeholder Management
  
• Give Maintain rapport relationship with the press and achieve publicity / exposure targets and objectives and respond to the press inquiry.
• Build a good relationship with all relevant press in Taiwan, influencers, internal clients from three divisions and business partners within Chanel.
• Manage stakeholders and demonstrate collaboration for cross department projects
  
  

Person Specifications

• University graduate or above (major in PR & Communications is a plus)
• Min. 3 years PR or event related work experience with a proven record in planning and execution along with luxury business knowledge
• Creative, innovative, strategic thinking, resourceful, agile, self-motivated and resilient
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Good communication, business presentation, interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and French
