• Be responsible for EHS management in Molex Tamsui plant, enhance and maintain ISO14001/ISO45001 system implementation of whole facility.
• Ensure Molex plant compliance with the regulation of EHS/EICC/CSR and local government.
• Improving overall environment to make sure "zero injury" in the plant.
• Maintain and update environment and chemical safety policies and procedures in compliance with country laws/regulation and local codes as well as Global requirement.
• Work out environment and chemical safety program as well as delivery necessary training to employees.
• Implement and train Compliance standard and updated site EHS procedures. Periodically perform field assessment on compliance implementation.
• Conduct internal EHS, ISO & EICC (safety) audits, correct the findings immediately.
• Product compliance system maintain 9. Leadership and capable for consolidation between different plants
