About Our Client

Our client is a well-performed pharmaceutical company based in Taiwan, providing patients with great potential treatments among the globe

Job Description

• Plan and monitor from HQ on all global clinical trial progress, budget planning and the trial quality control
• Supervise the clinical operation team, develop and maintain SOPs
• Liaise Clinical team with cross functions on clinical development strategies and activities
• Effective and proactive cross-function communication internally and externally
• Oversee trial quality and compliance with ICH GCP guidance, company and/or CRO SOPs, EMA /USFDA regulations etc.
• Evaluate, select, and manage vendors with audits
  

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of clinical research with global scale clinical trials kick-off to close-out
• Headquarter clinical operation leadership is strongly preferred
• Clinical project management expertise
• People leadership
• Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines, EMA, USFDA and HIPAA regulations
• Strong decision-making ability and communication
• Excellent multi-tasking and time management
• Outstanding capability of negotiation and vendor relationship management
• Great English communication ability
• Entrepreneur mindset and passion for product development and ownership
