As a Senior Director of Global Procurement Operations, you will be responsible for leading the Regional FE Procurement team and be responsible for all Procurement operations, which includes multiple functions within Source to Pay. You will partner with multiple stakeholder groups and the Global Procurement Category teams to ensure the services are transformed and delivered to move the business forward.

You will establish and monitor department performance metrics and oversee functional area metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic Procurement solutions. You will maintain close interaction with suppliers and internal business partners to ensure Site Manufacturing needs are addressed while fostering a customer-centric approach to solving issues and representing Procurement.

Other responsibilities include ensuring department compliance to company policies, regulations and compliance, as well as departmental procedures. You will provide leadership for building and implementing department strategies, processes, and policy through active oversight of functional teams and projects, and mentor functional leaders through collaboration and the development of sustainably successful solutions. You will also be responsible for conveying corporate business initiatives, providing direction thereof, and driving a clear understanding of line of site.

Set Strategy and Vision

• Provide Feedback and collaborate with Micron Executive and Senior Management on strategic decisions
• Communicate and align strategy with Procurement Leaders and maintain multi-year strategy roadmaps based on business needs and supplier landscape
• Align internal strategies to Corporate Strategic Objectives and drive actions to achieve business results
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to deliver Strategic Solutions to drive Micron’s Business
• Communicate Corporate business environment/initiatives to Team Members. Provide direction and follow up actions for execution
  
  

Develop and execute department performance to plan

• Manage specific projects, track implementation and results. Develop, communicate, and monitor department performance metrics
• Collaborate with peers and business partners to drive supplier performance through ASE and QBR and drive improvements
• Develop strategy and BCP plans to ensure that FE Mfg Site will have sufficient Spares and Materials inventory to meet business needs
• Accountable for all BAP workstations to meet Cost goal at HVM stage and execute to remedy solutions with suppliers when gap exist
• Collaborate with stakeholder group to drive Equipment Delivery with suppliers to meet Micron Business plans
• Drive Safety, Sustainability and Quality actions with Suppliers and Engineering team to meet set targets
• Continuous YOY action on Team Productivity improvements through AI and Automation
• Be accountable for internal budgets and dive continuous cost reduction and quality improvement to meet YOY Cost/Gb reduction
  
  

Lead customer-centric approach to solving issues and representing Procurement

• Maintain close interaction with business partners to ensure category-related needs are addressed
• Identify, understand and develop Procurement strategies to meet Stakeholder Procurement service requirements
• Guide Other Procurement functional services with peer group and internal global partners
• Manage conflict and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Initiate and sustain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  
  

Audit management for Procurement

As Site Process Sponsor for Standards Audit (IATF) , you are accountable for setting the strategic direction and enabling the site resources to deliver the value and enable the execution of the process.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with System Level Process Owner, name Site Process Steward.
• Review and approve plans and key milestones and ratify significant process decisions.
• Advocate for and/or allocate project resources.
• Endorse the efforts and hold the site accountable for process changes.
• Remove roadblocks to team’s success.
