Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization

Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Sales projects and activities. You will serve as liaison between Channel Sales Leadership, Marketing and Distributors. You will review status of projects and budgets. You will coordinate schedules and deliver status reports. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring Channel Sales progress and for problem solving with project managers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on the new customers and Key customers in Taiwan Territory
  • Understand the overall customer strategic direction and portfolio, and can work with our Marketing team to provide the best products based on client needs
  • Provide key customer demonstrations, open house events, training, and presentations to increase product awareness and increase sales
  • Manage forecasts, close deals, record sales activity, and track partners data using company-standard CRM tools, Salesforce.com
  • Model effective selling skills, motivating and supporting partners in selling
  • Demonstrate a high level of support in the pursuit and closing of deals
  • Sponsor and direct skill building activities to increase the productivity and accomplishments of the sales force
  • Manage the Channel partners in Taiwan
  • Participation and attendance in trade shows, road shows and user group events
  • Ability to perform technical qualification
  • Recommendations as needed on product configurations, part numbers, and options as required to meet customer needs and applications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years’ experience in a sales role within IT industry (Preferred in AutoID field) the local territory
  • Ability to responsible for Sales activities in Taiwan Territories and perform the organic growth in sales revenue
  • Ability to work collaboratively with functional peers across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development
  • Demonstrated experience developing new business relationships, especially the key account
  • Ability to successfully complete sales presentations on one’s own
  • Instinctive understanding of what it is to give service
