About The Role

The S&OP Capacity Planner is mainly responsible to cross check and verify the capacity statements, provided by sites. Including update in i2 planning system.Furthermore, the role is driving the Nexperia Capacity Allocation process. The role is based on technical capacity knowledge combined with business as well as solid system knowledge.

Please note that this role is a temporary project-related assignment on approx. 24-30 months

What You Will Do

• Ensure Quality Management of i2 planning data input for all production capacities for Nexperia manufacturing sites including dual sourcing, transfers and capacity relevant product changes
• Build up solid knowledge base on the impact of capacity changes in planning systems
• Drive the Capacity Action Tracking (CAT) to close feasible sales gap resulting from production capacity constraints
• Review and challenge quarterly capacity allocation, Capacity Statements and Project Reserve provided by BE Manufacturing Sites with focus on changes of capacities and do the alignment with Operations
• Support on investment plans within Nexperia
• Execute quarterly capacity allocation for Nexperia
• Drives continuous process and performance improvements to deliver best in class Data input Quality Management, enabling the business to achieve world-class service
• Documentation, standardization and automation of the planning processes
  

What You Will Need

• Master of Business Administration/ Graduate Industrial Engineer
• 3+ years experiences in Semiconductor industry, preferably in Industrial and/or Supply Chain Management
• Capable to work out and implement process and technical improvements independently
• Knowledge in Excel, Word, Power Point
• Knowledge of SAP/BW, I2 or equivalent planning systems
• Solid experience Capacity Modeling in Discrete manufacturing
• Managing/Leading/Participate Projects
• Fluency in English, spoken and written
