Job Description

Keysight Technologies 招募5G技術工程師 (Solutions Engineer), 將與Keysight業務團隊緊密合作, 共同服務客戶. 技術工程師必須基於Keysight測試解決方案, 提供專業技術支持與服務, 在方案銷售的各個階段, 售前應用工程師將聚焦於客戶的測試需求解析, 產品方案性能演示, 產品方案規格特性的比較, 產品方案定位與競爭分析. 工程專案管理, 以及工程服務的交付. 在技術研討會或是教育訓練等市場活動, 基於Keysight的觀點與方案, 進行專業講演, 方案演示, 顧問諮詢以及專業授課. 應用工程師會透過各項銷售技巧與專業技能, 引領客戶選用Keysight解決方案, 從而建立緊密的客戶關係, 並且提升客戶滿意度, 進而達到銷售的目標.

Keysight技術工程師在透過專業技術協助組織完成銷售目標時, 須兼顧產品導向與客戶導向, 協助業務團隊進行客戶經營與策略規劃, 實際參與完整銷售過程並負責相關的技術銷售環節.其中特別需要具備競爭分析以及方案優劣比較的能力.分析客戶需求的能力, 進而推薦最適的解決方案. 同時必須具備演示方案的能力, 進而提升客戶體驗與滿意度. 另一方面, 也必須能代表客戶發聲, 進而影響產品方案的規劃路線, 進而滿足客戶的需求. 另外除了售前工作以外, 也須負責售後的工作任務, 例如提供工程服務以及技術支持, 解決客戶在使用測試解決方案過程中所遇到的相關技術問題.

Job Qualifications

• 大學相關科系畢業或碩士學歷
• 有3G/4G/5G或Wireless LAN等無線相關經驗, 並具備射頻或通訊協定相關知識與經驗尤佳,
• 熟悉無線通信制式, 例如5G NR, LTE, W-CDMA, GSM的測試以及實體層知識尤佳.
• 必須具備良好的溝通能力,解決問題的能力並能適應團隊合作
• 有相關儀器使用經驗或通訊晶片設計經驗者優先
• Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent
• RF or Communication background preferred
  
  

Job Function

• 針對最新的5G無線通訊制式, 提供射頻與信令測試方案的售前以及售後技術支持
• 支持以及維護相關測試方案, 包含5G測試儀器與自動化測試軟體以及新技術培訓,
• 能對Keysight的技術方案進行介紹, 演示, 與交付方案與服務
• 維持客戶關係, 可以在高度壓力下工作
