Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Building test suite that will support testing Android Apps / Android OS / Web based device management system

Providing detailed bug reports to Engineering Team using JIRA

Experience implementing Quality Assurance best practices pertaining to test definition, requirements tracking, and test automation

Support distributed development and test teams

Help drive decisions about test automation strategies

Qualifications

BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in QA/Testing & Test Automation.
Experience with test automation in Python
Experience writing automated tests for mobile apps with tools such as Appium
Experience in testing methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and debugging.
Proficient in JavaScript, Python, Selenium.
Proficient in Software Engineering, Data Structures, and Object-Oriented Programming.
In depth knowledge of debugging, automation, RESTful web services, and APIs.
Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments, Git, container technology (Docker, Kubernetes), Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD.
A desire to automate everything and reduce the time required to manually test products.
