Responsibilities

[Strategic Project Leadership]

• Spearhead the development processes for storage and platform management software.
• Formulate comprehensive project scopes, plan schedules, and coordinate acceptance procedures.

[Technical Collaboration]

• Collaborate with the R&D team to grasp the intricacies of the technology development process.
• Contribute to the formulation of software specifications, ensuring alignment with development goals.

[Team Coordination]

• Lead and coordinate the efforts of the project team to ensure the achievement of quality and specification goals.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment to maximize productivity.

[Risk Management and Progress Monitoring]

• Identify and control project risks through proactive measures.
• Monitor project progress, track issues, and conduct insightful summary analyses.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective team collaboration.
• Ability to mitigate project risks and troubleshoot challenges with a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with technology development processes and software specification formulation.

Preferred

• Understanding of IT infrastructure (Storage, Networking, Compute), and applications, as well as cloud-related matters.
• Demonstrated practical experience in effectively managing software development projects. Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in utilizing project management software, with a particular emphasis on Jira and Confluence.
