The Lucent Sky Engineering team design, build, and deliver Lucent Sky products to our customers. We are working to make Lucent Sky AVM faster, smarter, and more scalable. We are looking for software engineers who are equally proficient in engineering, problem-solving, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Work with our engineers to design, build, and deliver Lucent Sky AVM
• Work with our security experts to enhance and expand the vulnerability identification and remediation algorithms
• Work with our sales team and partners to help customers adopt our products and accelerate security processes

You will report to the Chief Engineer in Taipei, but you will have the option to work in our Taipei office or remotely. This position may require occasional travel to the US and within APAC.

Qualifications

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing commercial or open source software with C#, Java, Python, or C++
• Practical experience in a Windows environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with parallel computing, machine learning, formal language, or compiler theory
• Experience developing commercial web or mobile applications
• Experience with developer tools such as CI or ALM, or application security tools such as SAST and WAF
• Experience with system management of Windows Servers, SQL Servers, Azure, or AWS
• Proficiency in multiple languages (spoken or programming)
• Experience working with remote and geographically-distributed teams
