We need to ensure that we are growing all sides of our marketplace (merchants, driver partners), so that we can provide the best customer experience possible for our consumers, as well as facilitating growth and earnings for our merchants and drivers.About The RoleThe Uber Eats SMB Sales team strives to be the top performer in online food delivery by helping restaurant owners improve their revenue and exposure. We are dedicated to offering the best selection and quality of restaurants on Uber Eats.Uber Eats is looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our Small-to-Medium Sized Business ("SMB") Account Management Team. As an SMB Account Manager, you will work efficiently and optimally with our SMB restaurant partners to optimize restaurant operations, strengthen relationships through excellent customer service, and drive mutually beneficial revenue growth. This is a client-facing role as an individual contributor.Your Impact In Role
  • Collaborate with a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners to help them realize their full potential on the Uber Eats platform through product adoption, customer satisfaction, development of new sales opportunities, and retention
  • Use dashboards to monitor business and operational impact, and use those insights to provide operational guidance, including live consulting to help streamline delivery operations
  • Conduct a high volume of phone calls to restaurant partners with clear goals, talking points, and strategies to get clients to provide valuable feedback
  • Identify key risks to our partnerships, and work quickly and diligently to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our partners
The Experience You’ll Bring
  • B2B client-facing experience
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to clearly frame a value proposition, probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get in the weeds with our highest-value partners in order to hit quarterly and annual revenue, retention, and adoption targets
  • Think strategically and analyze restaurant needs to both unlock opportunities and creatively problem-solve
