Shipping Specialist (Hsinchu, Technology Industry)

As a Shipping Specialist, you will be responsible for OTD (On-Time-Delivery) for the parts. The daily operations include planning, shipment arranging and allocating, 3PL managing, etc. You will work closely with various department in Taiwan and also HQ.

Client Details

Our Client is a tier 1 technology company based in Hsinchu and with branches all over the world.

Description

• Planning, conduct forecast for shipment
• Manage outsourced warehouse, freight forwards and carriers to allocate the shipment most efficiently for delivery on-time
• Manage import/export customs activities and documents
• Quality control for shipment and vendors
• Review, audit and manage cost for freight bills
• Operate Transport Management System (TMS) and able to provide implementation on usage and process

Profile

• 5 years of experience in logistics/ shipping/ import & export, preferably in corporates
• Good English and communication skills
• Bachelor or Master degree in logistics, supply chain related major
