ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 4+ years’ experience of developing firmware and applications for embedded systems
• Demonstrable experience of customizing and porting Android BSP including bootloader, kernel, and device drivers
• Experience of working with variety of embedded processors, SoC’s and micro-controllers
• Familiarity with NXP and Qualcomm platforms is preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of test application development using Java/C/C++
• Capability of architecting, designing firmware for various hardware interfaces
• Experience of unit and feature testing of software modules
• Debugging and resolving complex hardware/software issues
• Ability to articulate technical items clearly in English during discussion with customers and engineers
• Creating design specification and participating in software design review activities.
• Desire to work both independently and within teams on complex project in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATION

• Programming Language: C/C++
• Education: Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• Language: English - Fluency required
