Location: Miao Li, Taiwan

Job Title: Sr test Manufacturing Engineer

Department: TEST OPERATIONS

Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for probe card and prober uptime performance working with probe card vendors, 3rd party parts suppliers, and maintenance service providers
  • Optimize probe card PM, and minimize PM time and downtime in production
  • Work with prober vendor on managing prober repair and maintenance, and drive vendor for timely and effective actions
  • Resolve site-site yield difference working collaboratively with Product engineers and Test engineers
  • Understand Xilinx products’ test bin failures and use data from test programs to help drive probe card, probing process, and prober improvements
  • Responsible for tester & prober installation, ensuring good planarity alignment for robust production setup
  • Consolidate wafer sort hardware for ease of manufacturing and production efficiency
Requirement
  • 7-10 years of working experience in semiconductor wafer sort manufacturing environment, with proficient knowledge on probe card technology
  • familiar with data analysis tool
Education Requirements

BS or MS (preferred) in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
