The Client Services and Operations teams are responsible for building and maintaining deep partnerships with Verizon Media’s highest value clients and ensuring flawless campaign execution. We are looking for a Senior Manager to join the team and play a key role in supporting our Sales force in the Hong Kong Market by managing the day-to-day operations and processes involved in launching, maintaining and delivering advertising campaigns.

What you will be doing

• Lead a team of Specialists aligned to specific accounts and business leaders.
• Work independently to manage your team in support of quarterly goals, driving process improvements and best practices to protect incoming revenue.
• Lead the team to identify opportunities, drive operational efficiencies and promote behaviours that ensure operations excellence.
• Provide leadership and coaching to develop talent and career development.
• Partner closely with Sales, Platform Solutions, Finance and Product counterparts to help deliver on the goals for your team and remove roadblocks to protect revenue.
• Be an expert on Verizon Media sales operations and order management, and be able to communicate these to all levels of our client services organization.
• Continually drive new thinking with respect to management of display, video, and programmatic campaigns.
• Leverage deep understanding of the order-to-cash processes to foster and build cross-team partnerships that help us deliver the absolute best customer experience.
  

You you will need

• Minimum of Bachelor level degree with preference for Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English. Proficiency in Cantonese will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of all facets of advertising operations, order-to-cash processes, ad serving, digital creative implementations, and a willingness to stay up to speed on trends within a fast changing industry.
• System Savvy. Exceptional computer skills including knowledge of Gdocs and Mac.
• Extreme attention to details, strong organizational skills, and desire to exceed expectations
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
• Manage multiple projects, and tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize across short term and long term goals
• Strong analytical skills & entrepreneurial attitude
