A rapidly Global expanding consumer goods company is looking for a talented Head of Logistics in Taiwan to support a large, complex business unit with a regional remit.Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for operations including review of DC centre and transportation
• Lead and develop teamwork culture, motivate team spirit and maintain high morale of staff to increase productivity, Maintain good communications internal and external
• Leading role to drive continued excellence in 3PL operations, warehouse management, transportation, and commercial strategy, leveraging upon solid industry experience and networks in this area
• Familiar strategic and operational planning in collaboration with functional direct reporting line with updates to all stakeholders

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Logistics industry with at least five years in management position
• Solid logistics, warehouse, and distribution centre management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective working relationships at all levels
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
