1. 建立測試環境與設定相關設備
2. 依據線路圖、量測方法、操作指示來檢視樣品
3. 操作測試設備, 如: 測量電壓、電流、電阻儀器，拉伸試驗機，顯微鏡，烤箱，環境控制箱
4. 理解基本電學, 如: 歐姆定律，功率計算等
5. 紀錄測試結果於datasheet
6. 定期維護相關測試設備(檢查儀器功能、安排校正週期)
7. 定期針對測試環境,流程及相關設備進行改善討論
8. 執行其他交辦事項
