Responsibilities:

• Managing complex systems at scale and cost-effectiveness.
• Architecting and designing software systems and writing high-quality code.
• Can do hands-on development and help teams become more autonomous.
• Partnering with internal teams to troubleshoot problems of service.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of infrastructure/backend development experience.
• Experience with AWS (VPC, EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Kinesis, API Gateway, EKS).
• Experience with IaC, such as Terraform.
• Experience with container technology, such as Docker.
• Experience with Kubernetes or similar clustering solutions.
• Experience with Blue/green or Canary deployment design.
• Experience with Linux.
• Knowledge of high-level scripts, like Python, Ruby, or Perl, for automated processing flow.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice To Have:

• Knowledge of multimedia and adaptive streaming technologies, such as media container, Codec, MPEG-DASH, and HLS.
• Understand the importance of intelligent metrics and alerting.
