What You’ll Do:

Responsible for maintaining full sets of accounting records and bookkeeping (AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory, General Ledger)

Responsible for the preparation of all disbursements of cheques, Giro and telegraphic transfer

Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and expense claims

Perform bank reconciliations

Assist in process improvement, formulate and implement accounting and financial procedure and internal company policies

Liaise with external auditors to prepare audited annual financial statements

About You:

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / Finance (Bachelor Preferred)

Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant working experience

A fast learner who is able to work independently

Able to work with tight reporting deadlines

Meticulous and good communication and written skills

Positive working attitude with positive energy

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of Xero will be an added advantage

Excellent command of English
