About Your Next Opportunity

HTC is seeking a Senior Designer, Digital/Web/Print to join our growing global marketing team.

The ideal candidate must be a team player who can inspire, manage, and provide guidance and training to design team members.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage all design projects from concept to delivery – graphic content, webpage, and digital marketing materials developments
• Create original artwork and review drafts from designers to ensure quality work
• Promote the company’s vision through high-quality graphic content
• Manage design team’s timeline to ensure deadlines are met
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments in trends, styles, software, etc.
• Possess a keen eye for aesthetic skills and visual details
• Provide constructive feedback, knowledge, and guidance to team members
• Learn and look after company’s brand value on all design projects
• Collaborate with other team members

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities)

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field
• 8+ years of experience as a Creative Designer
• Experienced with webpage design
• Embraces and experienced in creating designs with AI tools
• Extensive knowledge of digital/graphic design, styles, and techniques
• Experienced in implementing marketing campaigns
• Portfolio of completed design projects
• Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Proficient in design software (e.g., InDesign and Balsamiq)
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
• Strong attention to visual details
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team

Working Conditions

• Primary work location is indoors
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and long periods of detailed work with VR equipment
• The employee is regularly required to sit
• The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
