With SiFive, the future of RISC-V has no limits. This position will act as a Senior Accountant in realizing all daily accounting activities for the entity in Taiwan, from bookkeeping to reporting. Closely works with finance team in US and work together with various functions on a day-to-day basis. JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

• Ensure fiscal and accounting integrity and documentation based on US GAAP and Taiwan GAAP
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Ensure the company is in full compliance with the local statutory filling
• Ensure quality of Internal Control of financial processes

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

• Maintains the general ledger, including journal entry preparation and posting during the month and at close of the month
• Reconciles the journal to the general ledger each month
• Prepares monthly/ annual financial package to include Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flow in the timeframe according to the global close schedule
• Prepares monthly funding request and expense
• Prepares annual audit materials and cooperate with external auditors
• Ensure timely vendor payments and employee reimbursement
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Initiates and assists in continuous process improvements
