Responsibilities

  • Proficiently manage various molecular assays, including sample processing, nucleic acid extraction, NGS, and qPCR.
  • Assist in obtaining Laboratory Developed Test Services (LDTS) certification.
  • Devote efforts to developing and enhancing molecular detection methods for precise disease diagnostics.
  • Collaborate in preparing technical documents, including protocols and reports.
  • Maintain detailed experiment records and results.
  • Ensure laboratory instrument, equipment, and environment maintenance align with relevant laboratory certification standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in science or engineering.
  • Medical Technologist certification is required.
  • Minimum 2 years’industry experience in medical device, diagnostics, clinical laboratory, biopharmaceutical, or biotechnology.
  • Proven expertise in NGS, qPCR, and relevant molecular techniques.
  • Previous senior-level involvement in quality management and audit activities is advantageous.
  • Preferred experience in bioinformatics analysis and database organization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
