Job Overview

The Sales and Operations Planning (Sr.) Specialist role is a driver to ensuring the accuracy of future demand and the availability of product supply. This role will have the primary responsibility for establishing alignment between customer demand, operations strategies and resources planning in order to drive supply network optimization.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and host S&OP meetings with various stakeholders in the whole company to align demand and supply information at all management levels
• Collect and analyze S&OP data, and make relevant visualizations/presentations
• Coordinate and follow up action items or specific projects to support the business decision from middle and top management
• Consolidate demand requirement, supply plan and proposal for decision making from top management
• Lead or participate in improvement proposals to achieve the business goal

Requirements

• 3 years of job experience in Supply Chain, Project Management or Sales, familiar with S&OP and production planning will be a plus
• Advanced English proficiency(TOEIC 750 score above)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience in holding presentations to top management is a plus
• Be able to work proactively and independently with business acumen
• Advanced skills on Excel & Familiar with VBA is a plus
