About Our Client

A global educational technology company is expanding its operations to Taiwan in mid-2023 and is seeking to establish a sales and marketing team.

Job Description

  • Effectively manage incoming leads and proactively follow up until the deal is closed.
  • Utilize telesales, instant messaging, and other communication channels to contact, engage, and sell our classes and educational products to parents/students.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding sales, quotations, and services.
  • Employ a consultative selling approach to guide parents through the process of matching their student’s needs with our products and services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of all activities in the Sales Reporting Tool.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, aiming to exceed their expectations and generate positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Assist customers in resolving technical, support, or other issues they may encounter while using the VIPKid platform.
  • Participate in marketing events as required.
  • Perform any additional ad-hoc duties as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing positions.
  • Native Mandarin speaker with proficient written and spoken English skills.
  • Previous experience in the education industry is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of identifying and developing new opportunities, successfully closing accounts, and surpassing sales targets.
  • Energetic, passionate, and possessing a strong sense of empathy towards customers.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working efficiently and independently.
