• Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
• Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.
• Communicate with key customers in timely manner and follow up the meeting conclusion to facilitate project progress.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Sciences. Master’s Degree a plus.
• 3-5 years experience in a Project Management Role, preferably familiar with technical product development. Server related experience is a plus
• Familiarity with multiple project management methodologies. Project Management Professional a plus
• Positive, can-do, proactive attitude and work ethic
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment- flexible, self-directed, creative, and team player
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, both as an individual contributor and as a team member
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
