Key ResponsibilitiesManagement/Planning: Plan and manage the outsource labor component of the Regional installation workforce through collaboration with iTeam Regional Management and Regional Procurement. Serve as a cross-functional link with the Region; maintain open communication among matrixed stakeholders including iTeam, FSO, Sales, BUs, Procurement, VMO, Legal, and Finance. Influence others across a matrix of functions throughout the program/project. Analyze projected Region/BU cost savings for accuracy and align on commits. Drive pipeline projects for current and next fiscal year.SOW Management: Ensure accurate Statements of Work (SOWs) for Standard Tier0 are developed and maintained by iTeam Regional Managers (iRMs) for relevant products and Customers in a centralized (master) source location for the Region. Timely submit SOWs to Regional Purchasing within required lead times. Review and approve/reject SOWs in FieldGlass. Partner with iRMs to optimize SOW task content by Outsource Service Engineers (OSEs) and minimize tasks by Applied Regular Full Time (RFT). Partner with team members to analyze labor cost and identify cost reduction opportunities through install content reduction, install content re-allocation from RFT to OSE, should cost, and commercial means; track and ensure timely implementation of such opportunities.Outsource Invoicing and Purchases Requisitions(PRs): Review and approve/reject PRs from Regional Procurement and SOW invoices in FieldGlass. Drive appropriate actions with Procurement and respective Outsource Service Provider (OSP) company as needed. Monitor pricing to ensure competition between OSPs and balance with prevailing local market. Through guidance from Global Outsource Labor Manager, maintain and manage centralized pricing tables by OSP and Product (if relevant) in conjunction with Regional Procurement and alignment from iTeam iPMs/iRMs.Coordination/Planning:Engage cross-functionally with Regional Procurement, iTeam, FSO, and OSP companies on workforce planning (long term), assignment/coordination (short term), technical performance requirements/compliance, and advise in commercial terms/pricing as needed. Coordinate with OSPs, iRMs, and Planners on OSE resource assignment scheduling.Regional OSP Support, Capability Tracking, & Profile: Manage and track Regional OSP support and product capabilities. Identify future business needs or risks to address or invest in (i.e. OSP workforce expansion or new product qualification, additional/new OSP, etc). In conjunction with Procurement, review, verify and maintain Regional OSP profile matrix.KPI Performance: Manage regional outsource labor cost, hours, cycle time, quality, and coverage metrics and reporting for Region by BU. Present progress and results to key stakeholders, management and internal customers.OSE Qualification: Identify needs for OSE qualification on new or additional products and coordinate with iRMs and Regional Procurement to plan/implement near term OJT. Facilitate sharing of required Tier0 installation procedures/documentation with OSPs via Supplier Collaboration Vault (SCV) and Regional Procurement. Maintain a central location for tracking OSP qualification (including qualification records) for the Region by OSP and Product.Outsource Labor Forecasting/Planning: Provide long term installation forecast projections (by Product and Customer Fab) and engage with Procurement to align OSP capacity supply (by Product and Customer). Achieve alternate supplier/solution qualification to optimize cost and ensure supply continuity. Drive outsource labor capacity and assignment alignment with supporting organizations and provide project management oversight with guidance from Global Outsource Labor Manager.Accounting/Finance: Train team members on all aspects of Tier0 outsource accounting and drive accurate cost settlement. Engage with iRMs and BU I&W Managers to ensure accurate outsource costs are used in Tier0 Outsource Plans.Outsource Management KPIs, QBRs, and Quality: Ensure execution of and participation in quarterly operational business reviews, in conjunction with Regional Procurement, for each active OSP in the region. Recommend enhancements to the OSP scorecard evaluations. Engage with iRMs to ensure OSE workmanship events are fully documented and communicated to Regional Procurement for appropriate resolution action.Project/Program Management: Prepare project plans and drive the project from conception and planning to implementation. Participate in the development of strategies, processes and resources.Manage project schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software. Participate on multifunctional design teams comprised of internal, external and/or matrixed headcount to complete projects. Provide technical input to team members to achieve project goals. Interface and coordinate within organizations to define project objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment. Identify and resolve potential complications within the project and develop solutions for resolution. Research causes to project obstacles/barriers and assists in implementing solutions for resolution. With limited / no supervision, use standard tools, dashboards and BKMs to analyze and manage outsourced labor KPIs.
