We are looking for an inspiring and results-driven (Senior) Recruiter to direct effective talent acquisition. Your proactive spirit in driving and involving in global sourcing will assist US Business Unit in building strong teams to deliver our software projects and service and meet business objectives with high quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
• In charge of full-cycle recruitment process, including efficient talent sourcing, selecting, referring, interview arrangement, offering and onboarding confirmation
• Communicating effectively between hiring managers, account managers, technical leaders, global recruiters, HR partners and candidates
• Analysis of the clients, industries, positions and recruiting channels
• Collect the latest talent market trends to formulate recruiting strategies and direction

Qualifications
• 2+ year experience in recruitment; software or consulting industry experience will be a plus
• High enthusiasm and interest in global sourcing and building people relationship
• Familiar with recruiting channels and tools
• Good interview skills and English communication skill
• Ability to communicate within the team and develop solutions
