Key Responsibilities

• Develop electrochemistry analysis function to support Printed Circuit board (PCB) or Flexible Copper Clad Laminate (FCCL) applications.
• Explore new electro-chemical methods to facilitate plating-related product development.
• Support trouble-shooting of product development via qualification or quantification approaches.
• Support on manufacturing technology development to speed up product commercialization.
• Provide training to technicians and research assistants.
  

Qualifications

• Master above PhD degree is preferred in /Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Material Science.
• Experience in electrochemistry (CVS, Potentiostat, LCV, EIS and Tafel) is required.
• Experience in plating related application or industry is a plus.
• Experience in formulation development, DOE experience and industrial-working is a plus
• Ability to work and communicate effectively within the organization.
• Independent researcher, as well as team work is required.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin.
• Good computer proficiency.
