The Role

• Design the engineering tasks include recipe tuning, sampling, pilot, support to HVM, CIP, etc based on senior experience.
• Investigate and set material survey, equipment, methodologies, processing flow with related documentation for trial/pilot to HVM with R&D projects, engineering development in updating progress.
• Analyze experiment results and prediction theoretical in data arrangement.
• Collaborate with internal resources and external partners for R&D projects and relatives.
• Report / arrange knowledge literature based on R&D projects, chemical, material engineering.
• Handle SAP Registration in backup for new product development and existing part numbers with procedures and documentations.
  
  

In this role you will

• Develop the engineering preparation, recipe designing, and hands-on sampling based on projects.
• Execute demo/trial process to develop the filtration media for sample/product based on projects.
• Survey materials, equipment, methodologies, processing flow with related documentation within progress.
• Integrate with internal resources from global BU, regional labs / plants and support team.
• Collaborate with external resources such as institute, university and key customers.
• Execute reports, literatures, publications for articles, conferences on schedule.
• Back up SAP registration system and relatives for new product development and existing part numbers.
  
  

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

• BS and above degree in a scientific discipline with experience, especially chemical, engineering and material science with experience of 5~10 years
• Experience in polymeric engineering, chemistry science, filtration development is great plus.
• Familiarity with technology regarding semiconductor, CMP, purification, separation, and filtration.
• Clear logics and strong learning ability knowledge in engineering and research development.
